PCR Testing Made Easy: A European XFEL Tutorial

In the molecular biology lab of Xcool Lab of European XFEL, students can run PCR tests themselves: from sample preparation to analysis. PCR stands for polymerase chain reaction and is a method that makes tiny amounts of DNA visible. This video shows step by step what is needed to detect variants of the coronavirus.
